North Carolina Theatre presents “Peter Pan” starring Ira David Wood III as Captain Hook, July 12-20 at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.

Based on the play by James M. Barrie, “Peter Pan” is sprinkled with a show-stopping score and special effects.

Cary resident Christine Hunter-Heneghan has been cast as Mrs. Darling, and Dylan, her son, has been cast as one of the Lost Boys in the production.

Christine has toured with Tony winner John Cullum in “Cyrano De Bergerac,” and she created the role of Sarah in the “Queen vs. The Poisoners Off Broadway.” Her N.C. Theatre credits include “High School Musical,” “The Music Man” and “The Sound of Music” among other productions.

Dylan made his N.C. Theatre debut as Linus Dunlop in “The Music Man.”

He is a rising third-grader at Chesterbrook Academy in Cary and is excited to perform on the stage with his mother.
